Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Protection strategy, driving product design and innovation
• Manage product partner relationships and oversee portfolio governance
• Serve as the firm's Protection expert and represent the firm at industry events

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; quantitative discipline preferred
• Series 7, 66, and State Life/Health licenses required within 12 months
• Advanced degree or professional designations preferred (e.g., CFP, CFA)
• 15+ years of financial services experience; 10+ years in Protection preferred
• Proven senior leadership experience
