State Licensed Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery side of a long-term state government project, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to clarify scope, manage risks, and ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of complex digital services by clarifying project scope and managing dependencies
• Surface risks early and create clear decision paths to protect delivery commitments and maintain team focus
• Lead difficult conversations with clients regarding scope, budget, and trade-offs while building trust

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product management with strong instincts for decision-making under ambiguity
• Ability to translate complex requirements into manageable tasks while maintaining focus on outcomes
• Experience working on distributed teams and coaching others through ambiguity
• Strong communication skills for leading conversations about project risks and timelines
• Familiarity with managing late-breaking requests without derailing project roadmaps
