Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager Insurance B2C Outbound (m/w/d) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations to convert qualified interest into insurance contracts
• Identify specific risks and needs of students and graduates to offer tailored insurance solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final policy issuance

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in personal insurance
• Completed training as an insurance and finance specialist or certification as an insurance specialist (IHK)
• Proven track record of strong sales success with a metrics-oriented approach
• Fluent German at a native speaker level is mandatory
