Job Summary
Managing real estate transaction activities for a premier commercial client with an industrial portfolio, the full-time State Licensed Senior Transaction Manager will prepare and execute complex transaction strategies, develop real estate plans, and coordinate negotiations, all in a remote capacity with a preference for East Coast and Central time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties
- Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent while reviewing business terms for various commercial real estate products
- Coordinate negotiations and track transaction activity, ensuring integration between service lines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
- Real Estate salesperson license required
- Experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Expert organizational skills and highly sophisticated math skills
