Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Management and Financial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Practice Leader to execute growth, retention, and new business strategies
• Oversee practice group operations, including pipeline management and account strategies
• Lead complex client engagements and negotiate coverage structures with carriers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; four-year degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance brokerage or specialty risk advisory
• Property and Casualty License required; Surplus Lines License preferred
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC preferred
• Strong relationships with carriers and experience in market negotiation
