State Licensed SIU Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SIU Investigator - Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth claim file reviews to identify suspected fraudulent activity and make compliance recommendations
• Educate claims staff on insurance fraud awareness and best practices through training and consultations
• Coordinate investigations with internal and external parties, and document all findings in the case management system

Required Qualifications

• Broad understanding of multiple lines of insurance, particularly Property and Casualty
• Five years of SIU or claims adjusting experience, or seven years in complex insurance investigations
• Experience with multi-claim activities specific to Auto and General Liability claims
• In-depth knowledge of claims handling, legal issues, and insurance industry operations
• Current Private Investigator's License required
