Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Business Advisor to guide small business owners in financial management and foster client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build lasting connections with small business owners, providing expert guidance throughout their financial journey
• Apply accounting expertise to ensure compliance and craft financial strategies that optimize client success and minimize tax liabilities
• Proactively communicate with clients, delivering personalized experiences through digital interactions and one-on-one meetings

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in Accounting and/or Tax Preparation services for small businesses
• EA, CPA, or other Accounting credentials strongly preferred
• Experience using accounting and/or tax preparation software to service multiple clients
• Proven ability to complete small business accounting and tax preparation tasks, including IRS forms and account reconciliations
