Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Subject Matter Expert Actuary.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for assigned life insurance products, including riders
• Analyze legacy system outputs and historical data to identify undocumented rules and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with actuarial, accounting, and operations teams to resolve product-related questions and validate conversion mappings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, business, or related field
• ASA designation
• 7+ years of experience in life insurance product, actuarial, policy administration, or insurance operations roles
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with life insurance products across the policy lifecycle
• Expertise in compliance with IRC Sections 7702 and 7702A, including Necessary Premium Testing
