Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Staff Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and verify physician orders and ensure accurate prescription and order verification
• Monitor drug therapy and maintain accurate patient and operating records
• Provide patient education and oversee the accuracy of pharmacy care furnished to patients

Required Qualifications

• One year of pharmacy experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of employment
• Proficiency in managing and dispensing specialty medications
• Ability to assume responsibilities in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager
