Job Summary
To support online students pursuing a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology, the part-time State Licensed Speech-Language Pathology Adjunct will provide high-quality instruction, facilitate class discussions, and monitor student progress in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments while facilitating online classes of up to 30 students
- Monitor student progress and report on learning outcomes, ensuring compliance with academic standards
- Be available for virtual meetings and maintain regular office hours to support student inquiries and engagement
Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or EdD) in a related field from an accredited institution
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous online teaching experience in higher education is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms such as Canvas
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
