State Licensed Sr. Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance and Licensing Team, the full-time remote State Licensed Sr. Licensing Specialist will manage a portfolio of licenses, work with state and local authorities, and ensure the business operations department maintains proper licensing.

Key responsibilities

• Assists with the management of the Home Improvement/Electrical Contractor license portfolio
• Maintains required licenses by collaborating with relevant state and local authorities
• Coordinates with the business operations department to ensure timely annual renewals and maintenance of licenses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of licensing experience
• 4+ years of progressive experience in licensing, compliance, or related functions within a corporation or law firm
• Experience using Salesforce, Adobe, and Docusign
• Familiarity with laws and rules governing state-level licenses, permits, and registrations
• Must obtain Notary public certification if not already held
