Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with staff and management to resolve claim edits and denials
• Oversee and monitor work queues and maintain coding accuracy in the chargemaster
• Design and implement processes to enhance revenue cycle performance and streamline costs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of practical coding experience in Revenue Cycle departments
• Minimum 5 years of department-specific work experience in Revenue Cycle, including Patient Financial Services
• Chargemaster certification or equivalent clinical certification required
• General to Intermediate knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Epic and other reporting tools preferred
