Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform desk review of property valuation products and justify any differing value conclusions in writing
• Provide guidance to staff regarding property valuation strategies
• Keep management informed of concerns related to appraisers and the property valuation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Current certification to perform residential appraisals
• Prior field experience performing residential property appraisals
• Functional understanding of USPAP regulations
