State Licensed Staff Appraiser

Job Summary

Performing desk review analysis on property valuation products, the remote Staff Appraiser will work with appraisal management companies to ensure accurate property valuations while providing guidance to staff and managing service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct desk reviews of property valuation products and document any differing value conclusions
• Guide staff on property valuation strategies and maintain service level agreements
• Report concerns regarding appraiser performance or the appraisal management process to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in residential appraisals
• Current certification to perform residential appraisals
• Prior field experience in residential property appraisals
• Functional understanding of USPAP regulations
