Key Responsibilities

• Develop persuasive legal arguments for insurance claim appeals within collaborative team workflows
• Draft comprehensive appeal components addressing contractual, regulatory, and statutory issues
• Analyze contracts and regulations to support denial resolution strategies and enhance appeal effectiveness

Required Qualifications and Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution
• Bar admission preferred but not required for strong candidates
• 2-4 years of healthcare experience or revenue cycle management exposure is a plus
• Interest in healthcare revenue cycle management and regulatory compliance
• Experience in contract analysis or appellate writing is beneficial
