Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Attorney with substantial litigation experience and a strong emphasis on legal writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and finalize complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery
• Collaborate with partners and associates to develop written legal arguments and case strategy
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare memoranda to support litigation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• At least three years of litigation experience focused on legal drafting and writing
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar
• Experience drafting complex litigation documents across multiple jurisdictions
• Familiarity with federal and state court rules and procedures
