A company is looking for a Staff Attorney to assist the legal team in ensuring election and tax law compliance across various organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cross-program support and legal guidance for campaign finance, lobbying, and election activities
• Review, draft, and provide guidance on contracts, leases, and legal documentation
• Develop and update compliance education and training tools related to election and tax law

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Membership in good standing of any state bar association
• 1-3 years of legal experience, preferably in tax-exempt governance and election law
• Strong ethical standards and judgment in handling confidential information
• Experience with Google Office suite of products
