State Licensed Staff Provider

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Provider to facilitate rapid-access intakes and provide medical support for members in recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake medical duties and determine treatment appropriateness for patients
• Provide longitudinal maintenance care and coordinate with community providers for member transitions
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and complete all documentation accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience managing opioid use disorder with buprenorphine
• Experience working in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
• Ability to work in multiple state locations and become credentialed with health plans
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services for telemedicine support
