State Licensed Staff Provider

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Provider to facilitate rapid-access intakes and provide medical support for members in recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake medical duties and prescribe medications as per clinical policies
• Maintain a panel of maintenance members and provide ongoing care and support
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks in compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
• Experience managing opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine
• Experience in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
• Ability to provide care in multiple state locations
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services for telemedicine
