Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time State Licensed Staff Provider will facilitate rapid-access intakes and provide enhanced medical support through telemedicine, focusing on overcoming barriers faced by members in early recovery while maintaining a member-first attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake medical duties and prescribe medications as needed, ensuring compliance with clinical policies and procedures
- Maintain a panel of maintenance members, providing monthly group sessions and individual consultations as required
- Complete all medical documentation accurately and in a timely manner while collaborating with other providers for member care transitions
Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience managing opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine
- Experience in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
- Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states and credentialing with health plans
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services to support telemedicine
