Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Group Vice President, Stop Loss - Eastern US.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop the sales team of Regional Group Managers, providing regular performance feedback
- Manage the territory effectively by understanding key performance indicators and assessing business metrics
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships and implement marketing plans to drive regional success
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- 12-15 years of experience in Stop Loss sales
- Applicable State Agent Licenses and Health Insurance Industry designations, such as LOMA or HIAA
- Strong track record of success in leading sales teams
