Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Group Vice President, Stop Loss - Eastern US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop the sales team of Regional Group Managers, providing regular performance feedback
  • Manage the territory effectively by understanding key performance indicators and assessing business metrics
  • Build and maintain strong broker relationships and implement marketing plans to drive regional success
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • 12-15 years of experience in Stop Loss sales
  • Applicable State Agent Licenses and Health Insurance Industry designations, such as LOMA or HIAA
  • Strong track record of success in leading sales teams
