Job Summary
To support Special Operations Forces personnel, the full-time remote State Licensed Strength and Conditioning Specialist will design and implement individualized training protocols, instruct on proper exercise techniques, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure mission-aligned physical readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Design, administer, and evaluate physical training protocols for SOF personnel in various environments
- Provide instruction on exercise techniques and injury avoidance while ensuring safe use of strength and conditioning equipment
- Collaborate with human performance and medical staff to support the safe return to training for personnel recovering from injuries
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current licensed therapist valid in the state of practice
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with athletes at various competitive levels
- Current certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC)
- Current basic CPR certification, including AED training
