Job Summary
Providing legal support to business operations, the remote State Licensed Subrogation Attorney will advise on legal issues, review subrogation recovery processes, and train analysts on relevant legal matters.
Key responsibilities
- Advise General Counsel on legal issues related to Subrogation Operations
- Provide legal review and advice to assigned subrogation recovery teams
- Communicate updates on court decisions, statutes, and regulations to Subrogation Analysts
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an approved ABA law school
- License to practice law in the state of residence
- One or more years of experience in personal injury, criminal, or civil law preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients
