Key Responsibilities

• Review and determine the appropriate course of action for assigned subrogation claims
• Analyze loss details, settle claims, and document claim files accurately and timely
• Engage with stakeholders and manage the litigation process to achieve optimal recovery outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced knowledge of claims handling and subrogation practices
• 3 - 5 years of claims experience preferred
• 2+ years of subrogation experience preferred
• College degree preferred
• Must have valid state adjuster licenses
