Job Summary

A company is looking for a SUD Medical Director to lead and optimize substance use disorder treatment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize clinical decision trees for patient intake and transitions of care
• Oversee medical monitoring teams and ensure real-time responses to clinical data alerts
• Collaborate with teams to automate workflows and serve as the medical representative for audits and regulatory bodies

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted medical license and current DEA registration
• 7+ years of clinical experience with substance use disorders
• 5+ years in a medical leadership role focused on clinical protocols
• Expertise in MAT protocols and familiarity with telehealth regulations
