Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of small business clients, providing proactive tax compliance guidance
• Conduct virtual meetings with clients to offer personalized advice and manage client relationships
• Assist in tax preparation and collaborate with internal departments to deliver comprehensive financial services

Required Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Proven experience preparing individual and small business tax returns
• Experience utilizing professional tax preparation software
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Proven history of successfully working in a remote environment
