Job Summary

A company is looking for a State and Local Tax Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of client tax returns, including sales/use tax returns
  • Extract, import, and format reports and data from client databases
  • Assist with client needs, including tax research, planning, and additional sales/use tax projects
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of sales and use tax preferred
  • Property tax knowledge preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel
