Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information securely
• Utilize government websites and resources to provide accurate answers to customers
• Interact with customers and team members professionally using video communication software

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required
• Ability to obtain any necessary state licenses or permits
• Must have internet connection that meets security criteria
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days
