State Licensed Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Taxation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of domestic and foreign corporate and state income tax returns
• Oversee preparation and filings of VAT, GST, and state sales and use tax returns
• Lead and manage a team while identifying and implementing process improvement ideas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a tax-related field; Master's degree is a plus
• A minimum of four years of work experience in a similar position
• CPA-eligible
• Experience with NetSuite and Avalara
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas and pivot tables
