State Licensed Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly federal and state estimated tax payments and income tax return work-papers for C corporations
• Assist with ASC 740 tax provision preparation and review sales and use tax returns
• Manage tax audits, inquiries, and support tax planning and special projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a business-related field; MBT preferred
• CPA license is preferred
• 7+ years of experience in tax roles with increasing responsibility
• Previous private industry tax experience and public accounting experience preferred
• Experience with automated financial reporting environments
