Job Summary

To support healthcare technology initiatives, the fully remote Provider+ Experienced Technical Analyst - MMIS / Medicaid Pharmacy will perform technical analysis, develop SQL queries, validate data, and troubleshoot systems within Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and pharmacy environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for analysis, reporting, and defect resolution
• Perform data analysis and root cause investigations to troubleshoot system issues
• Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing by validating data and system behavior

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Data Analyst, or Healthcare Systems Analyst
• Advanced SQL skills, including experience with complex joins and large dataset analysis
• Experience supporting MMIS, Medicaid, or Medicaid Pharmacy systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare data and Medicaid domains
