Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology and Hardware Transactions Attorney for a contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate hardware and technology development and sourcing transactions
• Review and analyze contracts, including services agreements and statements of work
• Advise the business on day-to-day operational matters

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in relevant transactions
• Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
• Experience in a corporate practice group of a large or sophisticated boutique law firm or in a corporate legal department
• Outstanding references
