Job Summary

State Licensed Technology Attorney, who will work full-time remotely providing legal advice and support on health law matters while managing routine legal issues and escalating complex matters as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel to support strategic and operational priorities
• Stay updated on legal developments in the health law practice area and implement relevant policies
• Manage internal and external legal resources effectively

Required Qualifications

• State licensure as an attorney required prior to hire
• Juris Doctorate degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed, practicing attorney
• Experience in the Technology and Innovations legal subject area preferred
• Some experience in private practice preferred
