State Licensed Telehealth Neurologist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual neurology clinic, the part-time contract State Licensed Telehealth Neurologist will conduct virtual visits, evaluate and manage neurological conditions, and collaborate with care teams to enhance patient access to treatment across CT, NJ, NH, VA, MA, or ME.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual neurology visits focused on memory disorders and dementia care for new and existing patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions in accordance with telehealth standards
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans

Required qualifications

• Board certified/eligible neurologist with an active, unrestricted medical license in CT, NJ, NH, VA, MA, or ME
• Experience in diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions
• Prior experience providing and prescribing anti-amyloid therapy
• Previous telehealth experience is required
• Ability to work independently in a contract (1099) capacity with a flexible schedule
