Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote State Licensed Telehealth Pharmacy Technician, who will manage outbound and inbound calls for Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and CMS regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to members to offer MTM services and enhance care coordination
- Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication interviews and document medications as part of the MTM Program
- Field inbound calls from members to initiate MTM or other clinical services
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Pharmacy technician license/certification as required by state laws
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations
- Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
