Leading the telemedicine nursing team, the full-time State Licensed Telemedicine Manager will manage daily operations, including hiring and coaching staff, overseeing clinical workflows, and ensuring quality assurance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of registered nurses, focusing on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee scheduling, coverage, and workflow management for the telemedicine clinic to enhance patient and provider experiences
- Serve as the operational owner of the EMR, ensuring clinical content is current and effectively managed
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license and a bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience managing registered nurses or healthcare professionals
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare or clinical operations
- Experience working with and configuring an EMR/EHR, particularly in telemedicine or virtual care settings
- Experience supporting clinical protocols, standard operating procedures, and clinical policies
