Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to facilitate medical recovery and return to work for injured employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate injured workers' needs
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including claims examiners and medical providers
  • Identify and address issues related to recovery and return to work, and negotiate treatment plans
Required Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
