Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Specialty Therapy & Rehabilitation Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical services, including oversight of policies and day-to-day operations
• Oversee provider outreach and training activities before and after implementation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and monitor the effectiveness of clinical operations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech, Occupational, or Physical Therapy or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in specialty therapy or rehabilitation services
• Thorough knowledge of case and/or utilization management
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Current certification/licensure in relevant therapy field in the state of practice
