Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner to evaluate foreclosure title reports and related documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and analyze mortgages, liens, judgments, and other documents to verify legal conditions of property titles
• Prepare reports outlining encumbrances and necessary actions to clear titles
• Interact with attorneys and clients to resolve title issues and complete title-related tasks

Required Qualifications

• High School/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of title and foreclosure experience
• Experience with Phoenix, BKFS, Tempo, and Equator preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Able to manage and prioritize a large caseload
