Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Foreclosure Specialist to manage foreclosure processes remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned foreclosure email box and order requested abstracts
• Perform quality control evaluations on received foreclosure abstracts before sending to clients
• Update files as requested and monitor vendor turnaround times for improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• Two to five years of title, settlement services, or mortgage experience
• State title/escrow license preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite, Equator, and RamQuest
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
