State Licensed Trade Director

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of Trade and Distribution activities, the remote Associate Director in this full-time role will manage client onboarding, oversee distribution strategies, and ensure compliance with necessary regulations for small to mid-sized Pharma and Biotech clients entering the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution, tracking, and communication of distribution activities for clients
• Engage in Trade Partner Selection and onboarding of 3PL, Specialty Distributors, and Specialty Pharmacy
• Provide day-to-day support for distribution readiness and issue resolution related to contracting and distribution agreements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years in the Pharma/BioTech industry, with at least 3 years in Trade and Distribution
• Experience with launching products in various distribution settings, including institutional and retail
• Operational experience in both Big Pharma and small Pharma environments
• Desirable experience with third-party contracts
• Strong understanding of distribution registration and licensing processes
