State Licensed Transitions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transitions Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and coaching to Transition Consultants to enhance performance and skills
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for advisors by aligning consultant support with established processes
• Monitor transition pipeline and establish KPIs to measure onboarding success and drive process consistency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in financial services with 3+ years in a leadership or coaching role
• Deep understanding of advisor onboarding and transitions
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance effectively
• Highly organized with a data-driven approach to decision making
