Job Summary
A company is looking for a Traveling Chef, Part-Time, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises kitchen operations, including line set-up, prep, and breakdown activities
- Assists Executive Chef with kitchen record keeping, employee scheduling, and food inventory management
- Ensures food safety standards are followed and provides training and mentoring to kitchen staff
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 2-4 years of experience in a Sous Chef position with prior supervisory experience
- State issued Health Certificate and immunizations are required
- Serve Safe certification is mandatory
- Technical proficiency in food preparation methods and knowledge of kitchen operations
