Job Summary

A company is looking for a Traveling Chef, Part-Time, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises kitchen operations, including line set-up, prep, and breakdown activities
  • Assists Executive Chef with kitchen record keeping, employee scheduling, and food inventory management
  • Ensures food safety standards are followed and provides training and mentoring to kitchen staff
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Sous Chef position with prior supervisory experience
  • State issued Health Certificate and immunizations are required
  • Serve Safe certification is mandatory
  • Technical proficiency in food preparation methods and knowledge of kitchen operations
