Job Summary

State Licensed Triage Nurse, this part-time remote position involves triaging catastrophic injury referral calls, gathering case details, and coordinating with Field Case Managers while ensuring adherence to client service guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Triages incoming catastrophic referral calls, applying nursing processes and critical reasoning
• Identifies life-threatening emergencies and facilitates initial onsite hospital visits
• Maintains communication with clients and updates on injured worker status and case management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active unrestricted RN license in a U.S. state or territory required
• Six years of related experience, including three years in clinical practice or telephonic/field case management
• Strong knowledge of nursing practice, critical thinking, and insurance claims processing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
