Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate loan documents for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Analyze loan applications to identify potential fraud or misrepresentation
• Collaborate with Loan Processors and Officers to finalize incomplete loan packages

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Eight or more years of underwriting experience, with three years in specialty loans
• Direct Endorsement (DE) certification required; must meet state-specific loan origination requirements
• Expert-level knowledge of mortgage lending processes and underwriting requirements
• Prior experience with jumbo or Non-QM loans is required
