Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate loan documents for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Analyze loan applications and supporting documentation to identify potential fraud or misrepresentation
• Provide guidance and resolve escalated issues for junior-level teammates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred college courses in Business, Finance, or related fields
• Five or more years of experience in underwriting conventional, FHA, VA, or Bond Program loans
• Direct Endorsement (DE) certification and current state-specific certifications
• Expert-level knowledge of mortgage lending processes and underwriting requirements
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
