Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting and Financial Analyst, Employee Benefits - Middle & Large Groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages RFP preparation, carrier quote review, client proposal development, and carrier negotiations
• Communicates carrier strengths and weaknesses to clients during the renewal process
• Develops renewal projections and marketing studies, and maintains positive carrier relationships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must hold a state life and health insurance license
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience considered
• Knowledge of underwriting and analytics value proposition
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced data analysis skills
• Experience in preparing financial dashboards and RFPs
