Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Underwriting Manager (Agency) to oversee underwriting operations and support the underwriting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to Underwriters on processes and guidelines
• Manage loan pipelines to ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Conduct reviews and provide feedback on Underwriter performance and training needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
• DE, SAR, and LAPP certifications are required; USDA experience is a plus
• 5+ years of Mortgage Underwriting experience with agency guidelines knowledge
• 5+ years of underwriting supervisory experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS and knowledge of ATR/QM requirements
