Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Utilization Management for the Post-Acute Care Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Utilization Management activities to ensure positive outcomes and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement clinical and UM program initiatives
• Direct performance improvement activities and ensure staff training on new clinical initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a healthcare field preferred
• Active RN licensure required with a minimum of 8 years of clinical experience
• Knowledge and experience with utilization management and accrediting agency standards
• Experience with program development and data analysis
• Advanced education and additional training in the applicable clinical field highly desired
