Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Instructor - Immunohematology Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous virtual instruction to create an engaging learning environment
• Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the online learning experience
• Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback to support individual learning needs

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of biomedical industry experience, with a bachelor's degree or post-secondary training in immunohematology testing
• Credentialed as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) and certified as a Specialist in Blood Banking Technology (SBB)
• Proven experience in virtual or online instruction with expertise in creating effective learning environments
• Strong command of virtual classroom technologies and learning management systems (LMS)
• Demonstrated ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners
